At Zjoosh we understand that our customers might not get their purchase decision right first time round. So we offer a full refund on all online purchased items, excluding all sale items bought at a discount, within 14 days of the date of purchase. If you would like to return or exchange a product because of a change in mind, you may do only so by following these processes:
- - Please notify us within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.

- - On International returns you are required to mark on the courier company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
- - You must return the product/s in its original condition with the original "swing tag" attached.
- - You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the product/s.
- - You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the product/s.
- - Upon receipt of the product/s by Zjoosh, we will refund to you the purchase price of the product/s, less any shipping costs.
- - Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Zjoosh, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for Your account to be credited.
There is no refund on sale items. Upon receipt of returned goods, Zjoosh reserves the right to deny refund if the product/s does not meet return policy requirements.
- Shipping and handling charges for returned product/s are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
- There is no refund or exchange on earrings due to hygiene considerations.
If you wish to return faulty or damaged products, Zjoosh will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process:
- That the Product was purchased within 3 months of faulty date.
- You must notify Zjoosh by email email@example.com to obtain a "Return ID number", or please call Zjoosh directly.
- You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Zjoosh or delivery note.
- You must return the Product to Zjoosh head office at Unit 13, 2-6 Chaplin Drive, Lane Cove West, NSW, 2066.

- Zjoosh will then refund the Price to you in full, replace the Product or exchange for a different Product.

Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Zjoosh can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting Your Return ID number.
Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made to a Zjoosh stockist.

At Zjoosh we accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. You warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card used in order for payment to be completed.
Zjoosh will from time to time provide customers with promotional codes that will enable you to take advantage of special offers that can be applied to your order. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you are required to enter the promotional code in the space entitled ( ) , and hit the "action" button. The amount offered by the promotion will be applied to your total automatically.
GST AND SALES TAX
GST and tax calculations are based on the locations of the shipping address on your order.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We currently offer these shipping methods:
Australian Standard Shipping Costs:standard mail Australia Post delivery charges unless Express Delivery requested in which case Australia Post Express Delivery charges will apply.
We aim to process orders within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it will be delivered within 3-4 days by Australia Post or a courier company (depending on the size of the product). It may be a requirement that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will alternatively leave a calling card or the package at your specified delivery location. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.
Overseas Shipping Costs: standard international mail Australia Post delivery charges .
Product/s shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes, it is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your product/s.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. SHIPMENT OF ZJOOSH GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers will be shipped free of charge to the address specified. The person using the gift voucher will be required to enter the code on their gift voucher at the point of check out in order to redeem amount on the card.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
