SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

AUSTRALIA

We currently offer the below shipping methods:

- Australia Post - Parcel Post | 3 - 4 Business days 

- Australia Post - Express Post | Next day delivery*

- TNT Express | Next day delivery*

FURNITURE AND BULKY ITEMS

Furniture and bulky items will incur a shipping cost based on weight, dimensions, and location. Please call our friendly customer service team on 02 9906 3995 to get a shipping quote. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED BULK? 

- Lamps

- Ceramics

- Lanterns

- Tableware

PLEASE NOTE: A signature will be required upon delivery.  If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will alternatively leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company. We will not be liable for any additional costs that you may incur. 

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders will be sent via Australia Post - Registered International Mail 

The time it takes goods to be delivered will vary according to the shipment type, the destination and the service selected.

Product/s shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes, it is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your product/s.

PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process orders within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it will be delivered within 2-4 days by either Australia Post or TNT. 

TNT requires a signature upon delivery.  If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will alternatively leave a calling card or the package at your specified delivery location. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company. We will not be liable for any additional costs that you may incur. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are UNABLE to deliver to PO BOXES and PARCEL LOCKERS, as TNT is a private courier company and requires a signature upon delivery. Australia Post will NOT sign on your behalf. Once an order has been dispatched, Zjoosh is unable to amend the delivery location or redirect the parcel. 

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To arrange to replace your product, please contact info@zjoosh.com or phone +61 2 9420 4100 between 9am-5pm EST – Sydney Australia.

SHIPMENT OF ZJOOSH GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers will be shipped free of charge to the address specified. The person using the gift voucher will be required to enter the code on their gift voucher at the point of checkout in order to redeem amount on the card.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
